Job Description
Boeing Mission Systems Software is seeking an associate, experienced or senior software test engineer in Berkeley, Missouri.
The engineer develops software-testing frameworks, automated test tools and embedded-system test solutions for Open Mission Systems and avionics interfaces. The work combines software development, hardware integration, AI-assisted testing, verification and mission-system integration.
Responsibilities
• Develop automated software-testing frameworks and tools.
• Design, implement and optimise avionics test solutions.
• Test embedded software integrated with hardware.
• Develop AI, machine-learning or computer-vision tools for automated testing.
• Support Open Mission Systems software verification.
• Test avionics displays and pilot-vehicle interfaces.
• Debug software and embedded-system problems.
• Collaborate with systems, software and hardware engineers.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least two years of related experience or equivalent technical education is required.
• Experience with Go, Java, C, C++, Rust or Python is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Must be eligible for applicable Special Access Program requirements.
