Job Description
The engineer works with UI/UX specialists to develop and test human-machine interfaces for Boeing Space Mission Systems. The position leads front-end design, requirements translation, code reviews and technology implementation.
The role supports next-generation space and ground-system products for government and proprietary customers.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop front-end software.
• Build human-machine and operator interfaces.
• Translate software requirements into UI designs.
• Conduct software-system analysis and code reviews.
• Integrate APIs and back-end services.
• Implement modern software frameworks and tools.
• Support integration, testing and demonstrations.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• At least three years of front-end software experience is required.
• Must possess an active U.S. Top Secret clearance.
• Must complete Boeing’s CodeVue technical assessment.
• Travel of up to approximately 20% may be required.
