The programme manager leads execution coordination, status reporting, agile operating rhythms and delivery-capacity planning for AI initiatives. The role connects business stakeholders, data teams, technology teams and programme leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple AI programme workstreams.
• Establish programme operating rhythms.
• Track milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare executive status reports.
• Support agile planning and delivery.
• Coordinate business, data and technology teams.
• Improve programme transparency and delivery capacity.

Eligibility

• Significant AI programme-management experience is required.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology programmes is required.
• Must satisfy Boeing employment and screening requirements.
• Must be able to work in Seattle or Dallas.
• Must be comfortable coordinating enterprise AI initiatives.
