Job Description
The Senior Artificial Intelligence Program Manager leads complex AI programmes across business, product and technology organisations. The position manages integrated plans, resources, risks, delivery methodologies, executive reporting and the operating rhythm for AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Establish integrated plans for enterprise AI programmes.
• Coordinate delivery across business and technical teams.
• Manage programme scope, resources, schedules and financial performance.
• Track risks, issues and opportunities.
• Develop executive reports, metrics and decision materials.
• Lead governance and programme-lifecycle activities.
• Balance team capacity across multiple AI initiatives.
• Facilitate complex problem-solving and planning workshops.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least ten years of programme, project or operations-management experience.
• At least ten years applying programme-management best practices.
• At least ten years leading cross-functional teams.
• At least ten years working with Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma or comparable delivery approaches.
• At least five years of artificial-intelligence experience.
