Job Description
Support mission-system and avionics development by integrating contractual and Boeing quality requirements into product design and production. The engineer develops quality plans, evaluates suppliers, reviews nonconforming materials and leads corrective actions.
Responsibilities
• Integrate contractual and quality-management-system requirements.
• Support design and qualification reviews.
• Develop quality metrics and certification plans.
• Conduct supplier-capability and manufacturing-readiness assessments.
• Provide material-review dispositions.
• Select analysis, test and audit methods.
• Analyse nonconformance trends.
• Initiate corrective and preventive actions.
• Validate manufacturing and inspection processes.
Eligibility
• Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, mathematics, data science, physics or chemistry.
• At least three years of RCCA and CAPA experience.
• At least three years working with quality-management systems.
• At least three years interpreting drawings, specifications or schematics.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance requiring U.S. citizenship.
• Be able to travel up to approximately 20%.
