Job Description

The technician supports Boeing manufacturing research and development by gathering requirements and evaluating tools, equipment, materials, parts and processes. The role assists engineering teams with prototype development, testing and advanced manufacturing implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collect manufacturing and engineering requirements.
• Support development of tools and production equipment.
• Assist with material and process evaluations.
• Build and test manufacturing prototypes.
• Record experimental results and technical observations.
• Support implementation of advanced manufacturing technology.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Maintain safe research and laboratory practices.

Eligibility

• Relevant technical education or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting engineering or manufacturing activities.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Meet U.S. Person export-control requirements.
• U.S. citizenship is required for the security clearance.
• Be able to work on-site in Mesa.
