Job Description

The engineer leads signature-assurance and verification work for an advanced Air Dominance programme. The position establishes test and quality criteria ensuring that low-observable materials, finishes and manufacturing processes achieve required stealth performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead signature-assessment and verification activities.
• Define quality criteria for signature tests.
• Verify low-observable material and coating performance.
• Evaluate manufacturing effects on stealth characteristics.
• Develop test plans, procedures and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse signature measurement data.
• Investigate material and process nonconformances.
• Coordinate corrective actions with design and manufacturing teams.
• Present verification status to programme leadership.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
• Significant low-observable, electromagnetic, materials, test or verification experience.
• Ability to lead complex technical teams.
• Meet U.S. Person export-control requirements.
• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance is required.
• Ability to obtain programme-specific access.
