Job Description

Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a lead electronic systems design and analysis engineer in Daytona Beach, Florida. The role supports mission systems across aircraft, unmanned vehicles, satellites and weapons.

The engineer develops requirements, architectures, interface specifications, hardware and software designs, and verification strategies throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into system architectures.
• Design hardware, software and interface specifications.
• Perform system integration and technical analysis.
• Define verification and validation methods.
• Support aircraft, unmanned-system and space programmes.
• Prepare engineering reports and technical documentation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering qualification is required.
• Significant electronic-systems design and analysis experience is required.
• Must satisfy U.S. export-control requirements.
• Must be able to obtain required security clearance.
• Must satisfy Boeing employment and screening requirements.
