Job Description

This specialist will lead the development and execution of aviation test-project plans. The position works with the U.S. Air Force and Boeing stakeholders to align operational, contractual, budget, schedule and technical requirements while serving as a Control Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute programme and project plans.
• Coordinate project activities with U.S. Air Force stakeholders.
• Align plans with contractual and operational requirements.
• Serve as a Control Account Manager.
• Establish and maintain cost, schedule and technical baselines.
• Monitor project performance, risks and corrective actions.
• Provide project-status information to programme leadership.

Eligibility

• Possess relevant project or programme-management experience.
• Demonstrate experience managing budgets, schedules and technical scope.
• Be able to work with government and internal stakeholders.
• Meet U.S. Person export-control requirements.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance requiring U.S. citizenship.
• Be able to work on-site at Edwards Air Force Base.
