Programme Overview
Strathclyde's Electronic & Electrical Engineering BEng develops expertise across electronic circuits, electrical systems, computing, software, signal processing, communications and control.
Students undertake laboratory and design projects throughout the degree.
Advanced study can include clean energy, smart grids, communications, cybersecurity and electronic systems.

Typical entry requires strong performance in Mathematics and Physics or Engineering Science.

Normally AAB to BBB depending on entry route
International Baccalaureate:
Normally 36 to 32 points with Higher Level Mathematics and Physics

Faculty of Engineering International Scholarship Eligible new self-funded international non-EU undergraduate students beginning in September 2026 receive a 15% tuition-fee reduction.
