Job Description
This technician performs daily turbine operation, maintenance, fault diagnosis, component repair and service reporting across the assigned Oklahoma wind hub.
Responsibilities
• Maintain turbine electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Repair malfunctioning turbine parts.
• Diagnose hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults.
• Conduct diagnostic electrical analysis.
• Maintain computerized service records.
• Communicate with site leaders and remote operations.
Eligibility
• High-school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of wind-technician experience, an applicable wind qualification or two years of electrical experience.
• Technical-assessment eligibility and basic computer skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Ability to climb turbines and handle approximately 50 pounds.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
