Job Description
The Technical Application Engineer provides pre-sales and post-sales engineering support for GE Vernova’s MDS and Lentronics industrial communication products used in utility and energy applications.
Responsibilities
• Support customers with industrial communication applications.
• Develop product configurations and technical solutions.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales engineering assistance.
• Troubleshoot communication, network and integration problems.
• Prepare technical documentation and customer presentations.
• Coordinate with sales, product and engineering teams.
• Support deployment of communication systems in utility environments.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least three years of technical-engineering experience.
• Knowledge of industrial communication or networking systems.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-support abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
