Job Description
The Composites and Bonding Specialist Manager leads manufacturing personnel and technical activities involving aerospace composite structures and bonded assemblies. The manager coordinates production, quality, procurement, supply-chain and engineering teams while managing safety, costs, schedules and new-product introduction.
Responsibilities
• Manage composite and bonding manufacturing personnel.
• Plan daily production and technical work.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost and schedule performance.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, procurement and supply-chain teams.
• Develop and manage statements of work.
• Support new-product introduction activities.
• Lead corrective actions and process improvements.
• Manage projects, staffing and employee development.
Eligibility
• At least five years of manufacturing or related experience.
• At least two years of leadership or management experience.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance and Special Programme Access.
• US citizenship is required for the programme access.
