Job Description
This associate-manager position leads software integration, DevSecOps and test activities. The role applies knowledge of software architecture, computing environments, automation frameworks and development pipelines to validate software functionality and improve delivery reliability.
Responsibilities
• Lead software-integration and test personnel.
• Plan and manage DevSecOps integration activities.
• Establish automated test strategies and frameworks.
• Validate software functionality against programme requirements.
• Manage technical risks, schedules and work assignments.
• Coordinate with development, systems and infrastructure teams.
• Report progress and resolve integration blockers.
Eligibility
• Relevant bachelor’s degree with substantial software experience.
• Experience leading software integration or test teams.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and automated pipelines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security access.
• Ability to work at the designated Littleton facility.
