Job Description
The engineer supports customers and service teams using GE Vernova solar and energy-storage power-conversion equipment, resolving complex technical and product-performance issues.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose solar and battery-storage equipment issues.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and field teams.
• Coordinate engineering investigations and corrective actions.
• Analyse product and system performance.
• Improve technical documentation and service procedures.
• Escalate product issues to engineering and quality teams.
Eligibility
• Relevant electrical, power-electronics or systems-engineering background.
• Experience supporting power-conversion equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-communication ability.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States.
