Job Description
The Senior Regional Customer Application Engineer supports project-control and technical application activity across the Americas. The role aligns customer requirements, functional specifications and global engineering processes.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate customer technical and operational requirements.
• Develop standardized functional specifications.
• Support regional project-control and application-engineering activity.
• Coordinate technical processes across global teams.
• Resolve complex customer and project issues.
• Improve engineering quality, efficiency and consistency.
• Present technical recommendations to stakeholders.
Eligibility
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Senior-level customer or application-engineering experience.
• Experience supporting energy, power or industrial projects.
• Strong operational judgment and stakeholder-management ability.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
