Job Description
The Senior Manager will provide organizational leadership for Millennium Space Systems’ supply-chain operations. The role is responsible for developing supply strategies, leading teams, strengthening supplier performance and ensuring that materials, procurement and supplier capabilities support programme cost, schedule, quality and delivery commitments.
Responsibilities
• Lead global supply-chain teams and operations.
• Establish supply-chain strategies aligned with programme objectives.
• Manage supplier capability, performance and delivery.
• Oversee procurement and material-planning activities.
• Monitor cost, schedule, quality and supply risks.
• Develop recovery and risk-mitigation plans.
• Partner with programme, engineering, production and executive leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and organizational development.
Eligibility
• Possess substantial supply-chain and leadership experience.
• Demonstrate experience managing teams and complex supplier networks.
• Have experience supporting aerospace, defence or advanced-manufacturing programmes.
• Be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a security clearance.
• Be willing to obtain and maintain the required clearance.
• Be able to work on-site in El Segundo.
