Job Description
The senior manager leads more than 100 crew-operations employees in a continuous operational environment. The role is responsible for crew legality, operational coverage, disruption response, leadership development and reliable execution of the flight schedule.
Responsibilities
• Lead crew coordinators, trackers, supervisors and duty managers.
• Ensure flight crews remain legal and operationally available.
• Direct crew recovery during irregular operations.
• Monitor staffing, operational risks and performance.
• Coordinate with flight operations and crew scheduling.
• Develop leaders and maintain consistent procedures.
• Support a continuous 24/7 operational environment.
Eligibility
• At least five years of leadership experience in crew operations or customer service.
• Experience leading large operational teams.
• Ability to make time-sensitive decisions during disruptions.
• Strong airline operations and regulatory awareness.
