Job Description

The Physical Security Manager builds Radiant’s facility-security programme. The role protects controlled engineering, manufacturing and nuclear-development operations through access control, monitoring, incident management and security planning.

Responsibilities

• Establish the company’s physical-security programme.
• Develop facility-access and visitor-control procedures.
• Implement surveillance, alarm and monitoring systems.
• Conduct security-risk and vulnerability assessments.
• Lead incident response and investigations.
• Coordinate security requirements with facilities and programme teams.
• Manage security providers and employee training.

Eligibility

• Relevant physical-security or protective-services experience.
• Experience building security programmes for sensitive facilities.
• Knowledge of access control, surveillance and incident response.
• Ability to work completely onsite in El Segundo.
• Eligibility to work with US export-controlled technology.
