Job Description

The director owns the strategy, infrastructure and execution of testing required to validate Radiant’s nuclear microreactor. The role builds testing capability across component, subsystem and integrated reactor-system levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish Radiant’s test-engineering strategy.
• Lead developmental, qualification and acceptance testing.
• Build and manage test facilities and infrastructure.
• Develop test plans, procedures and validation criteria.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality and regulatory teams.
• Ensure reliable test data and configuration control.
• Lead test engineers and laboratory personnel.

Eligibility

• Extensive test-engineering leadership experience.
• Experience validating complex hardware and integrated systems.
• Knowledge of test planning, instrumentation and data acquisition.
• Ability to lead testing in a safety-critical environment.
• Ability to work completely onsite in El Segundo.
• Ability to satisfy US export-control requirements.
