Job Description

The director leads supply-chain managers and buyers responsible for direct procurement supporting Kaleidos microreactor production. The role ensures component availability, reliable delivery commitments and compliant supply-chain data.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply-chain managers and procurement professionals.
• Manage direct procurement for Kaleidos reactor builds.
• Ensure safety-critical material availability.
• Establish sourcing strategies and supplier agreements.
• Improve supply-chain processes and delivery predictability.
• Coordinate engineering, quality, regulatory, finance and production teams.
• Manage supplier risks, schedules and performance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in supply-chain management, engineering, business or a related field.
• Extensive supply-chain and procurement leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex manufactured components.
• Ability to lead teams in a regulated production environment.
• Ability to work completely onsite in El Segundo.
• Eligibility to work with US export-controlled technology.
