Job Description

Use finite-element and classical analytical methods to assess complex aerospace structures and develop novel simulation approaches.

Responsibilities

Analyse large and complex aerospace structures.
Conduct aircraft-modification and trials-installation stress analysis.
Develop and validate finite-element simulation methods.
Assess drone-to-aircraft collision effects.
Support future-aircraft technology development.
Prepare technical reports and presentations.

Eligibility

Experienced structural analyst with strong numerical skills.
Experience using ABAQUS finite-element modelling.
Chartered Engineer capability or progress toward professional registration.
Eligibility for UK Security Check clearance.
