Job Description
The Hydro Project Director leads complex renewable-power projects from contract award through completion. The role owns commercial performance, project execution, customer relationships, risk management and cross-functional delivery.
Responsibilities
• Lead complete hydropower project delivery.
• Own project cost, schedule, cash and margin performance.
• Maintain senior customer and consortium relationships.
• Direct engineering, procurement, manufacturing and site teams.
• Manage contractual obligations, claims and commercial risks.
• Establish governance, reporting and escalation processes.
• Lead recovery plans for project-performance issues.
• Ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility
• Extensive leadership experience delivering large energy, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual-management capability.
• Experience directing multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Ability to manage high-value project risk, schedules and customer relationships.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
