Geographic salary differentials and a discretionary annual bonus may apply. The position requires full-time travel to construction sites.

Job Description

The advisor plans and executes power-plant commissioning activities, verifies system readiness and ensures testing complies with environmental, safety, technical and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate power-plant commissioning.
• Review commissioning procedures and test records.
• Track deficiencies, punch lists and resolutions.
• Implement site environmental and safety controls.
• Participate in hazard reviews and risk assessments.
• Coordinate clients, contractors and regulatory representatives.
• Provide technical guidance to plant operators.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline; alternatively, high school education with at least eight years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of power-generation commissioning experience.
• Ability to travel to construction sites 100% of the time.
• Legal authorisation to work in the United States.
