Job Description
The Nuclear Site Manager oversees the full site lifecycle from mobilisation and civil works through equipment erection and commissioning. The manager controls resources, budgets, contractors, safety, quality and project performance.
Responsibilities
• Lead site construction, installation and commissioning.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Control site budgets, materials, equipment and logistics.
• Ensure schedule, quality, cost and regulatory compliance.
• Identify site risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Maintain progress, safety and quality documentation.
• Coordinate customers, vendors and regulatory stakeholders.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Eight to ten years of site-management or comparable leadership experience.
• Experience delivering complex construction projects.
• Strong construction, safety and project-management knowledge.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States.
