Job Description

The field leader coordinates wind-turbine corrective activities, field resources, safety, quality and operational performance across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead major wind-turbine corrective field operations.
• Coordinate technicians, tools, materials and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Monitor cost, delivery and operational performance.
• Resolve field issues with engineering and service teams.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Legally authorised to work in the United States.
• Relevant wind-service, field-operations or technical leadership experience.
• Ability to coordinate distributed field teams.
• Ability to complete any required pre-employment screening.
