Job Description
Develop and deploy standardised manufacturing processes for GE Vernova Gas Power products. The engineer will move processes from development into production, support deployment and solve manufacturing problems that affect quality, efficiency and resource use.
Responsibilities
• Develop and industrialise manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate production handover and post-deployment support.
• Resolve complex process and manufacturing problems.
• Standardise work instructions and production methods.
• Improve safety, quality, cost and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality teams.
Eligibility
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Manufacturing-process or industrialisation experience.
• Strong structured problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary production teams.
• Ability to access applicable US export-controlled information.
• Must be legally authorised to work in the United States.
