Job Description
The manager develops JetBlue’s people-data and reporting ecosystem, creating reliable pipelines, curated datasets, dashboards and reusable analytical products that support workforce decisions.
Responsibilities
• Manage workforce-data pipelines, validation and quality.
• Integrate information from multiple people systems.
• Partner with Technology teams on data architecture and governance.
• Build reusable reports, dashboards and analytical products.
• Develop workforce metrics covering attrition, engagement and mobility.
• Maintain ethical handling, privacy and governance of employee information.
• Lead analytical projects and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant analytical, technology or workforce discipline.
• Five years of people analytics, business intelligence, HR reporting or data-engineering experience.
• Advanced R programming capability.
• Experience with GitHub, Snowflake and SQL.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau, R Markdown or similar tools.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
