Job Description
The manager leads workplace operations across Rivian’s East Coast facilities portfolio. The position supports safe and sustainable operation of corporate offices, laboratories and research facilities while managing teams, vendors, service standards and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
• Lead daily workplace and facilities operations.
• Manage onsite teams, service providers and vendors.
• Improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Coordinate with environmental-health, safety and maintenance teams.
• Maintain compliance with building and workplace-safety requirements.
• Monitor service performance, risks, budgets and operational priorities.
Eligibility
• Relevant workplace, facilities or property-operations experience.
• Experience leading teams and external service providers.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance and building operations.
• Strong financial, operational and stakeholder-management capability.
• Ability to work effectively across changing priorities.
