Job Description
This lead engineering role owns technical customer relationships from pre-commissioning through post-commissioning support. It combines power-conversion and storage expertise with field troubleshooting, performance improvement and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the principal technical contact for customers across North America.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for inverters and BESS installations.
• Support commissioning, integration, testing and customer acceptance.
• Monitor system performance, availability and reliability.
• Track technical deviations and field fault reports through closure.
• Coordinate engineering, product, project-management and service teams.
• Prepare technical assessments, specifications and customer reports.
• Travel to customer sites when required.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power engineering or a related discipline.
• At least six years of relevant engineering experience.
• Customer-facing technical leadership experience.
• Practical experience with power conversion, power electronics or storage systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
