Job Description
The Lead Project Planner establishes planning strategies and integrated schedules for complex hydropower projects. The role supports project leadership through progress measurement, schedule analysis, risk mitigation and coordination with customers and consortium partners.
Responsibilities
• Define project-planning and schedule-management strategies.
• Develop and maintain integrated hydropower project schedules.
• Establish schedule baselines, milestones and progress-measurement systems.
• Conduct critical-path, delay and scenario analysis.
• Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate schedules across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and site execution.
• Lead schedule reviews with customers, partners and project leadership.
• Prepare forecasts, dashboards and executive-level reports.
Eligibility
• Significant project-planning or scheduling experience.
• Experience supporting hydropower, energy, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of project controls, schedule analysis and progress measurement.
• Ability to coordinate complex cross-functional project teams.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
