Job Description

Manage culinary programmes, cafés, catering and workplace dining while improving sustainability, plant-forward offerings, cost efficiency, food safety and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop culinary and workplace-dining strategies.
• Implement sustainable and plant-forward programmes.
• Manage vendors, budgets and operating metrics.
• Maintain food-safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate cafés, catering and special events.
• Improve quality, efficiency and employee experience.

Eligibility

Five to seven years of high-volume food-and-beverage experience or a relevant degree; contract-food-service and P&L experience; strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
