Job Description
The Lead Analyst owns JetBlue’s company-wide listening and survey portfolio, including engagement, safety, candidate experience, onboarding and exit surveys. The role converts survey and workforce data into actionable talent insights.
Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise employee-listening programmes.
• Design, administer and improve workforce surveys.
• Protect privacy, security and governance across survey programmes.
• Build automated analytical pipelines using R.
• Conduct statistical and linkage analyses.
• Integrate survey, workforce and business information.
• Present accessible findings and recommendations to leaders.
Eligibility
• Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Four years of applied data-analysis and metric-development experience.
• Three years of survey-development and administration experience.
• Demonstrable database-management and metrics-interpretation capabilities.
• Experience automating statistical analysis and reporting in R or RStudio.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
