Job Description
The Supervisor Line Maintenance Planning oversees maintenance planners responsible for scheduling aircraft work while maintaining FAA compliance. The position coordinates maintenance workloads, recovery plans, system-operation requirements and fleet-safety objectives.
Responsibilities
• Review planned and specialised maintenance workloads.
• Guide maintenance planners and assign priorities.
• Track daily progress and maintenance metrics.
• Communicate critical issues to operational teams.
• Develop recovery plans following delays or cancellations.
• Ensure work follows the General Maintenance Manual.
• Coordinate Technical and System Operations requirements.
• Support fleet safety and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility
• Relevant aviation-maintenance and planning experience.
• Knowledge of FAA maintenance requirements.
• Understanding of airline line-maintenance operations.
• Leadership and workload-planning experience.
• Ability to work shifts in an office and hangar environment.
• Strong operational communication and decision-making ability.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship.
