Job Description

The Crewmember Technology Services Specialist supports the hardware, applications and communications tools used by JetBlue employees. The position handles incidents, access requests, software deployments and major outages.

Responsibilities

• Support JetBlue computers, applications and mobile devices.
• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance.
• Resolve incidents and service requests.
• Maintain user access and application availability.
• Support software rollouts and maintenance.
• Coordinate responses to major outages.
• Maintain service and knowledge-base documentation.
• Work with other JetBlue technology teams.

Eligibility

• High-school diploma or GED.
• One year of customer-service experience.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Valid international travel documents.
• Availability for travel of approximately 50%.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship.
