Job Description
The Incident Operations Lead coordinates the operational execution of cybersecurity incident response across JetBlue’s airline technology environment. The role manages communications, action tracking, documentation, exercises and post-incident improvements.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate cybersecurity incidents and response bridges.
• Manage stakeholder communications and action tracking.
• Support incident declaration, escalation and severity alignment.
• Translate technical findings for senior leadership.
• Maintain incident timelines, decisions and evidence references.
• Track remediation and corrective actions to closure.
• Improve incident-response procedures and templates.
• Coordinate tabletop exercises and readiness reviews.
Eligibility
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or accepted equivalent professional experience.
• Four years of cybersecurity, technology-incident or enterprise-operations experience.
• Understanding of containment, remediation and evidence handling.
• Strong incident documentation and stakeholder-communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively during high-pressure events.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship.
