Job Description
The Associate Engineer develops and implements aircraft modifications and repair solutions. The role performs engineering analysis, prepares technical instructions and supports aircraft-system reliability and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
• Develop aircraft modifications and repair solutions.
• Produce clear technical work instructions.
• Analyse component failures and reliability trends.
• Support predictive diagnostics and monitoring.
• Design and test aircraft-system solutions.
• Perform engineering calculations and feasibility studies.
• Review aircraft technical documentation.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support.
Eligibility
• Relevant engineering degree or accepted airline technical-support experience.
• Proficiency with Python, Excel and SQL.
• Technical-writing capability.
• Ability to interpret engineering and OEM documents.
• Aircraft reliability and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship.
