Job Description

The Associate Analyst supports JetBlue’s Yield or Pricing team. The role analyses passenger and fare data, evaluates customer demand, supports controlled pricing tests and helps determine how inventory and fares should be managed across the airline network.

Responsibilities

• Apply and test revenue-management methods.
• Design controlled fare and price-elasticity tests.
• Query and analyse passenger ticketing data.
• Monitor airline pricing and competitive-market changes.
• Communicate revenue performance and market dynamics.
• Support Network Planning, Loyalty, Marketing and Sales teams.

Eligibility

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of analytical experience or relevant coursework.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word.
• Ability to complete JetBlue’s data-analysis assessment.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship.
