Job Description
The engineer develops real-time localization algorithms using vehicle, inertial, satellite and environmental sensor information for autonomous driving.
Responsibilities
Develop vehicle-localization and state-estimation algorithms.
Fuse information from multiple automotive sensors.
Improve positioning accuracy and system robustness.
Test algorithms in simulation and on vehicles.
Analyse real-world autonomy data.
Collaborate with perception, mapping and controls teams.
Eligibility
Relevant robotics, electrical, computer or mechanical-engineering qualification.
Experience with state estimation, localization or sensor fusion.
Strong C++ and mathematical programming skills.
Understanding of probability, optimisation and vehicle motion.
Experience developing real-time robotic or autonomous systems.
