Job Description

The senior controls developer designs and validates Vehicle Motion Control functions for next-generation electric and software-defined vehicles.

Responsibilities

Develop vehicle motion-control algorithms.

Design controls for vehicle stability, handling and chassis response.

Implement and test production software.

Perform model-in-the-loop, software-in-the-loop and vehicle validation.

Analyse control-system performance.

Collaborate with chassis, propulsion and embedded-software teams.

Eligibility

Relevant engineering or computer-science qualification.

Professional automotive controls-development experience.

Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and control theory.

Experience with production embedded software.

Ability to work from a GM office at least three days per week.
