Job Description
The engineer ensures reliable integration of sensors, compute platforms, communications and embedded software across GM’s next-generation autonomous platform.
Responsibilities
Define AV platform system and software requirements.
Develop and maintain interface specifications.
Lead sensor and compute-platform integration.
Analyse system faults, performance and degradation behaviour.
Coordinate validation across hardware and software teams.
Manage system-level technical risks.
Eligibility
Relevant electrical, computer, systems or software-engineering degree.
Professional systems or embedded-platform experience.
Experience developing requirements and interface definitions.
Understanding of sensors, compute hardware and embedded software.
Strong cross-functional technical leadership ability.
