Job Description
The engineer supports GM retail and wholesale operations by resolving escalated technical vehicle concerns, improving repair quality and reducing warranty costs.
Responsibilities
Diagnose complex vehicle faults.
Direct dealership repair and diagnostic activities.
Investigate recurring product and service concerns.
Escalate technical issues to engineering teams.
Provide dealership technical training and guidance.
Reduce vehicle repurchases and warranty expense.
Eligibility
Must live within or relocate to the Tampa territory.
Strong professional automotive diagnostic experience.
Knowledge of vehicle electrical, mechanical and network systems.
Ability to travel regularly to dealerships.
Strong customer, technical and communication skills.
