Eligibility

• Extensive federal government-affairs or public-policy experience.
• Strong relationships across Congress or relevant executive agencies.
• Understanding of appropriations and legislative processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical programmes.
• Ability to satisfy applicable US security and export-control requirements.
