The employer may apply a geographic salary differential. The position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

Job Description

The Engineering Program Leader directs engineering activities supporting the European BWRX-300 design. The role coordinates multiple technical disciplines, product teams, project teams, research centres, suppliers, partners, subcontractors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the European BWRX-300 engineering programme.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary nuclear-engineering teams.
• Establish programme scope, schedules, priorities and deliverables.
• Manage technical, commercial and delivery risks.
• Coordinate sourcing, quality, research and product organisations.
• Support customers, partners and regulatory programme requirements.
• Monitor programme performance and implement corrective actions.

Eligibility

• Relevant engineering degree.
• At least six years of nuclear-industry experience or equivalent large-scale power-project experience.
• Experience managing complex engineering programmes.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States.
• Ability to complete applicable pre-employment screening.
