Job Description

Lead approximately twelve engineers delivering power-stability and energy-storage solutions for solar, utility and data-centre customers. The manager owns technical execution, team development, quality improvement and deployment of engineering workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution for battery-energy-storage and solar projects.
• Manage technical delivery of inverters, BESS and medium-voltage UPS products.
• Develop and retain engineering talent.
• Monitor project quality, schedule and budget.
• Introduce product-lifecycle and portfolio-management tools.
• Apply Lean methods and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate geographically distributed engineering teams.

Eligibility

• Relevant engineering degree.
• Extensive power-conversion or energy-storage experience.
• Demonstrated engineering-team leadership.
• Experience managing remote or globally distributed teams.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 20%.
• Must be legally authorised to work in the United States.
