Job Description
The application engineer produces technical proposal content, standardises project specifications and manages technical risk for power-generation customer opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Develop customer technical proposals.
• Translate customer requirements into engineering solutions.
• Promote standardised products and specifications.
• Assess proposal and execution risks.
• Coordinate engineering, commercial and customer teams.
• Support gas, wind and turbine applications.
• Improve common global proposal processes.
Eligibility
• At least five years of engineering, technology, bid or proposal experience.
• Experience with turbines or power-generation equipment.
• Strong technical and customer communication.
• Legal authorisation to work in the United States.
