Job Description

Manage aviation-maintenance delivery and fleet-planning activities that keep military aircraft safe, available and mission-ready.

Responsibilities

Lead aviation maintenance across multiple defence sites.
Manage maintenance and fleet-planning teams.
Oversee a workforce of approximately 150 personnel.
Plan workforce, resources and maintenance capacity.
Manage operational risk and continuous improvement.
Maintain safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

Significant aviation, aerospace, defence-maintenance or production leadership experience.
At least five years of aviation-industry experience.
Engineering degree or aviation-related qualification.
Knowledge of DASR, CASA, EASA, EMAR or an equivalent framework.
Australian citizenship and eligibility for defence clearance.
