Job Description

The engineer owns electrical harness architecture, component selection, routing and verification for Antares reactor hardware. The position connects electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical harnesses and interconnects.
• Develop wiring diagrams, drawings and bills of material.
• Select connectors, cables and protective components.
• Coordinate harness routing with mechanical hardware.
• Support prototype assembly and integration.
• Develop and execute verification tests.

Eligibility

• Relevant electrical or electromechanical engineering education.
• Experience designing wiring harnesses or complex electrical assemblies.
• Knowledge of electrical drawings and configuration control.
• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles.
• Ability to satisfy US export-control requirements.
