Job Description

This director establishes the construction capability needed to deploy Antares microreactors. The role manages construction planning, contractors, costs, schedules and interfaces between reactor engineering and deployment sites.

Responsibilities

• Establish the reactor-site construction and deployment strategy.
• Lead construction planning, budgeting and scheduling.
• Select and manage construction contractors and partners.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, licensing and site activities.
• Control construction risk, quality, safety and cost.
• Deliver reactor projects against aggressive deployment schedules.

Eligibility

• Extensive construction leadership experience.
• Experience delivering complex industrial, energy or nuclear facilities.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, cost control and scheduling.
• Ability to lead contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to satisfy US export-control requirements.
