Job Description
The Advanced Product Development and Research Engineering Technical Analyst supports research and industrialisation of new aerospace manufacturing technologies. The role combines composite fabrication, tooling, 3D modelling, additive manufacturing, robotics, automation and digital production methods.
Responsibilities
• Support advanced aerospace-material and manufacturing research.
• Develop composite fabrication and tooling concepts.
• Assist with composite layup and cure-cycle development.
• Create 3D models and additive-manufactured prototypes.
• Support robotics and manufacturing automation.
• Collect and analyse experimental production data.
• Coordinate research with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Document test results and technical recommendations.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• At least two years of related technical experience.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Special Programme Access.
• Approximately five years of related experience for Mid-Level Level 3.
